Has infoservice died? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Sorry to be blunt, but I have sent a PM to the author and had no reply.

Many of the more exciting skins require infoservice in order to work to an acceptable level, and yet there is not even an installer which is compatible with MediaPortal 1.2.0beta.

If infoservice is not going to be maintained and supported, then I think everyone needs to be aware, so that something can be done (where is the source?).

Yeah, but also only 4 posts from the plugin author in related to infoservice since the beginning of May!

Well I've reported bugs with his version and 1.2 beta in his thread and not gotten any response....I'd say thats a bad sign...ended up having to disable the service.
