The primary genre might be something like Film (or Movie in the USA).

I am not sure what the problem is, but I would suggest trying the following:
(1) In "TV Server Config", on the panel where you "scan for channels", click the first Win-TV tuner to select it and then click Scan for channels.
(2) Next, click the second Win-TV tuner to select it and then click Scan for channels.

It has, of course, latest software from Silicondust already installed, version name 20230713.
BDA compatibility mode is set to MediaPortal.
Advanced --- BDA driver set to InjectCVCT

thank you Sir, issue is definitely resolved now, i uninstalled the problematic MSE altogether, plus i also now have optimized EPG grabbing configuration, thanks again for all the assistance, wow so much faster on everything now that MSE is out of the picture...MP WAF is now restored and FetchTV STB sits in the corner collecting dust :)
