I have whs running mediaportal 1 with a touch screen and projector, had it for years and it works nice.

Few days back I upgraded my memory from 2 GB to 4GB and few days vent and I suddenly discovered my TV server client did not work (noaudiovideodetected)

Thought first it was cable problem, no! Changed card had another PVR-150 lying around, NO! Reinstall reinstall, try everything.
And now 16hours later and a server in chaos I discover it.

The Hauppauge driver does not work with 4GB of memory.
Anyone with a solution ???

Hauppauge PVR-150 can work with 4GB ram here (Win7 Pro 32 bit).

    * Type msconfig in Win7’s Start Search box >Under System Configuration Utility > Now Click Boot > Click Advanced options..> Put a check against Maximum memory > Make it 4095 > Click OK> Restart the System.

    Hi thx for the respons.

Did find that soloution after a while also, but WHS will only accept 2048, will look into it more later tonight and post solution on that matter, if someone else runs into that.

There seems to be always something to solve :)

Its now fixed, had to edit boot.ini file insteed, added parameter /maxmem=4095

    Regeszter, are you sure ?
Does it say 4GB under MyComputer Properties ?
If that is the case what version of driver do u have?

Latest i found 2.0.48.25037 whql witch still should have the PAE problem.
