TV Card: Hauppauge PVR 150
Hello MP fans. I've been browsing these forums for a while and can't get a good answer to my question. My Scientific Atlanta 3250 cable box is connected to the S-VHS input of Hauppauge 150. I get audio and video no problem. I configured the WinTV/IR Blaster provided by Hauppauge to change channels from the their WinTV app and it works well (PC sends the signal to the STB using the IR blaster). But their software sucks.
I would prefer using MP. I can't get any channel change from MP. I think I got it right in configuration by adding a few channels as External. When I change the channels, the blaster is not flashing at all. Am I missing something? Is Hauppauge Blaster supported by MP? Anyone with the same issue? Any help is appreciated.
