hauppauge blaster plugin help (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I'm trying to get MediaPortal to control my set top box, i have hauppauge wintv-pvr 150 (not MCE), the problem is that mediaportal just don't use the blaster, the remote is working fine, and the blaster is working in other programs, for example in the setup program of the IR Blaster i can send channel numbers and the set top box respond correctly, but in mediaportal the blaster don't even blink when i try to switch channels.

I have read and executed what is written in this thread:

But no luck, maybe my problem is that i don't really know what is the "hauppauge blaster plugin in MP", i assumed it's the check box in the "remote" tree brench under the tab of hauppauge, but maybe i need to install some kind of another plugin?

my mediaportal's version is the 0.2-rc4 and all of the drivers are working correctly.

Please help!

Try enabling the Hauppauge IR Blaster plugin under "Plugins" tree branch
in the MP setup (configuration.exe). Right click then select enable.
