Hauppauge IR Blaster (1 Viewer)

I have a Hauppauge HVR 1300. MP works fine with it. The one thing I'm wondering is if Media Portal can use its built in IR Blaster.

My setup is wanting to watch UK Sky Digital using a sky branded Pace receiver. Its not exactly a non standard setup so I should be able to use the IR device easily I thought.

Anyone know if anyone else has ever got the IR blaster on the Hauppauge HVR 1300 working and able to change channel on an external set top box?

Have you tried the MCE-replacement driver? It controls the MCE- IR-blaster and might also work for you.
