Hi
I am posting here because I have failed to get any help from Hauppauge what so ever.
I have a Nova-S card which until about a month ago worked fine.
Then I attempted to re-tune my card so I could get BBC3/4.
Unfortunatly when attempting to do this, my card crashed just after tuning the 1st transponder.
Every attemp since has failed.
This happens with MP and also the standard WinTV application.
I have done complete re-installs with and without patches and the problem still happens.
Here is the interesting bit:
Installed under Windows 2003 - Works Fine.
Installed under Windows Vista RC-1 Works Fine.
Installed under Windows XP SP1 / SP2 (With and without patches) Crashed.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Hauppauge support is non existent, they never answer on the support forum and they never answer on the support email.
Any help would be really appreciated!
