I'm unable to change the encoding quality of this capture card, capturing S-Video input from a cable box.
The Quality setting appears to be stuck at something like 3GB per hour.
When I go into the TV Server configuration the quality Control settings are greyed out.
If I click 'Check' I'm told that "The used encoder does not support quality control".
Does anyone know how I tell MP to use the hardware encoder on the TV''s card?
