This is my first post, and is to report an estrange behaviour.
I have mediaportal working with Hauppauge 3000 TV card remote. It works perfect out of the box, untill now.
The problem is that I bought a receiver (ONKYO 504) that comes with its own "universal" remote. When I press a button in the hauppauge remote the receiver listen the code and do something, and it happens the same the other way around.
So I suppose I have to buy a new remote, probably a MCE.
Do you know of any incompatibility between ONKYO remotes and MCE?
I will not like to buy a new pice of HW, just to discover it doesn’t work
