I did choose "filter doubleclicks" in configuration, but I still get doubleclicks. Those sliders in configuration also don't seem to have any efect. And the scrolling is very slow and stuttering.
The drivers I have are those recommnded in Mediaportal forums (I cannot remember the exact topic).
Does this work like this for oher people? How do I make it work smooth?

Now I did what you proposed, but now I have a warning in red letters that my drivers are not up to date. And the remote still works like crap. :?

what RC and SVN are you using?

The sliders are working. Try the top most one a little to the right.

Crappy remote reaction may also be the result of a bad working codec. Which codec do you use?

Is it only crappy in the menus or also when looking fullscreen TV?

thanks+regards

Dear mPod, I will try that driver when the download page becomes available.
And dear Wewe, I use RC4, but without the latest SVN. And yes, menus are hard to control with the remote. TV is off.

Best regards

Thanks mPod, now configuration doesn't complain about my drivers.
And thanks WeWe. I moved the top most one a little to the right, a it seems to help.
But what about scrolling? Just try scrolling using keyboard arrow, and then try scrolling using the hauppauge remote. And do it in the folder with a lot of files. The difference is more then obvious. Is there something I can do to make the scrolling with the remote as smooth and fast as with keyboard?

Ivan: wow, i'm happy to see you! I thought i was the only one on this earth having problems with doubleclick on my Hauppauge 34 button remote(you have the same i guess?!) with my pvr 250, accidental doubleclicks were the reason for me to move away from MP the 3-4 times i tried MP, now i've been running it for well a month or so - and i believe i've tried most of the settings - it never seems to be perfect(like sagetv).

So i wonder, the MP isn't registered in remote.ini is it?

Has anyone made a remote.ini file for MP - in that case i would very much like to have a copy :)

[EDIT] Actually now it works, hmm
