Hauppauge WinTV HVR 1100 not tuning (1 Viewer)

I have installed a second card in my TV Server - a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1100, but cannot get it to tune any channels. It is a hybrid card, but I have disabled the analogue part as all the channels are on digital anyway. When I try to scan for channels it stops immediately and gives the message no channels found. It is listed as 'DVB-T Hauppauge WinTV 88x DVB-T Tuner/Demod', and I get the following in the error.log:
