Having difficulties getting WebBrowser working (1 Viewer)

I was having difficulties getting the plugin to show in the configuration section, but I've sorted that now. I can't seem to find any instructions on where to extract all the files though, like which specific folders. I'm also wondering if you have to have Firefox installed to use WebBrowser?

Any help would be much appreciated.
