[TV] HD Channel only watchable after tuning SD first (1 Viewer)

I can not watch a HD channel on a fresh MP start.

Steps to reproduce:
Configure MP to not automatically start / activate the TV.
Start MP.
Go to TV.
Tune to a HD channel
Mediaportal will then sort of freeze. You can use the escape key, and then window title changes (i use windowed mode) but nothing else happens. Sometimes it is possible to return to the main menu and tune another channel.

When i first tune a SD channel it works fine.
