I am using MP 1.02 and dedicated server (4 DVB-S2 cards), and I have had some problems finding
the right combination of codecs for live-TV. Especially for switching between HD and SD channels.
After much trial and error this combination works very stable for me.
HD-pack 2.2.
and these settings.
In configuration->Directshow Filter Control, MPC-MPEG2 video decoder, BOB is set ast deinterlacing method.
On the server, I set only one card to grap EPG, the card with lowest priority,
and in (client) Configuration -> General -> On sreen Display I use, 0, 0, and 3 sec.
Channel swithing is now only 1-2 sec and stable, very happy with these settings.
Only problem now with TV is playing recorded HD, some recordings will not play.
But I guess it has something to do with tsreader.ax.
