Hi Guys, got 2 Problems:

first, my TV-HD Channels are not really working - they have severe Lags and a lot of blocks in the picture.
first i tried the XP Codec pack lite, then switched to CCCP, with all ffdshow Codecs selected.
CPU Load is at 20% at 1,6 ghz, so not even near full load - GPU is not overclocked, so it runs at 500 mhz
after 15 minutes of running the problems are basicly gone, and i dont know why. if i switch channels, the problems are back

second, i got a Harmony one to control all of my HiFi + TV equipment - after i tried it on my HTPC it looks like barely any function works - in the configuration program for the harmony i selected Windows and MCE - but still a lot does not work - kind of bad - is there a adon für MP to enable more functions?

thx for your help,

    1. as for your hd tv channels...if they use mpeg2 use the Win 7 DTV Video Decoder and MPC - MPA audio decoder..the 1st comes with Win7 and the 2nd comes from MP itself(inbuilt)
if your HDTV uses h264..try CoreAVC 2.0..its like the best codec out there for h264/x264...otherwise u could try ffdshow tryouts(just google it)

i find codec packs are not nessacary when almost everything is taken care of by windows and mp and ffdshow and coreavc

    2. perhaps someone with a harmony remote can help u with that
