HDTV (H.264) is not playing smooth anymore since 15018 (1 Viewer)

...there was a new error introduced with one of the latest SVN's.
The problem is that HDTV is kind of stuttering now. The system is still not consuming more CPU as before (ca. 30-40% using the CyberLink PowerDVD codec 7.3).

I was able to trace the problem down till the change of 15018 (new tsfilesource.ax version).
As soon as I replace the tsfilesource.ax with the previous version the problem is gone.
Both file have the same version but a different size. The older (but working one) is 1160KB and the new one is 928KB.

I hope is helps to remove this problem

EDIT: This problem exists even with version 15033
