Hello.
Since this SVN :
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal_svn_snapshot_11_18_2007_00-t31360.html
Hebrew is displayed from Left to Right instead of Right to left. This problems occurs with all SVN's since the SVN linked above.
For example (in English, this of course happens only with Hebrew) instead of "Hello", "olleH" is displayed.
Up to the above SVN there was an option in the configuration (under General->Skin) to fix this problem. This option does not exists anymore.
If I go back to the stable version (0.2.3.0) the problem is gone.
I'm using the Xface skin but the problem exists also with Blue two and Replicant skins.
As you can see here:
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/right_left-t33039.html?t=33039&highlight=RTV+regional
there are more users with this problem.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Erez

Hi,
Thanks for the link. I wasn't aware of the patch.
But the problem is that I don't want to recompile every SVN that I plan to install with the patch.
Is there a way to detect language direction from Regional Settings and not system language?
Most of the users I know have English windows with Hebrew regional settings.

Thanks,
Erez

    Hi Erez,
Is there a way to detect language direction from Regional Settings and not system language?
You mean without any patches? No as far as I know.

I mean patch the SVN's permanently so they will detect language direction from Regional Settings.

I guess so. I'm still having a few problem with Hebrew (My pictures and My Lyrics) but I haven't had the time to look into it properly in order to report it.
