Help! Audio only works on half my mpeg movies with 2.3.0 RC3 (1 Viewer)

Everything works normally in 2.2 but when I switch to 2.3 my audio only works on half of my home movies. I have verified that my video and audio codecs were the same between the two versions. I have upgraded my codec set and have tried all of the available video and audio codecs I have available, all with no help.

I have tried:
cyberlink
dscaler
ffdshow
mpv and mpa
sonic
pinnacle

What is the difference between 2.2 and 2.3 that could be causing my problem?

Here are parts of a log for a working and non-working file. I don't know what I'm looking at but it looks like the working videos are using "VideoPlayerVMR9" and the non-working videos are using "TSStreamBufferPlayer9"?

Search for useTsFileSourceForMpegs and set that to no
