Help please! Enabling timeshift causes tv to stop working permanently (1 Viewer)

Hi have just started using mp and working good for dvbt however when in the tv viewer if i turn on timeshift it causes an error saying Can't start timeshift and them after this i can no longer watch tv as everytime i do it says Can't connect to mp2 pin no amount of rebooting helps and i have to uninstall delete all settings and reinstall to get it working again that would be ok as a workaround but i would like to use timeshift i am running latest ver on vista 32 dvico fusion dual 4 using microsoft decoders and system is am2 4600 2 gb ram and 7600gt video card timeshift works fine in mce thanks

EDIT: I have been able to get an error message now:

Failed to start Timeshifting
Unable to start Timeshifting

and

Unable to add StreamBuffer Sink filter.

Please if someone can help
