Help to buy USB tv Card (1 Viewer)

Hi, I have a Laptop and like to turn it into some kind of HTPC.
I need to buy a TV card that connects through USB.\
can anyone recommand a USB card?
a found a SV 3300 USB TV Box in ebay, dows anyone knows if its good enough?

I would avoid buying anything that is not name brand. Expecially if you expect other software to support it. Some Software as I am finding out is very particular to what tuner cards you use. I am using PCTV HD Pro stick and have had nothing but trouble with it. Also make sure you computer can handle it. I have mine running on a P4 2.6ghz 512mb ram and HDTV comes in like crap. Pretty choppy to be specific. Like Divx copied movies from limwire.
Piss poor. Yeah I am pretty dissapointed. Anyway, enough with my rant and I hope you make a better decision than I did and do your research.

Thanx for sharing your experience.
Of course I'm trying to find a USB card with hardware coding, which means less CPU usage.

Any more ideas?
