0000582: When "channel scrambled" message is on screen you r unable to zap to a different station.

I am going to start working on this bug. I now have an idea of was going on but I would like your help to decide what is the better way to solve this bug.

These are the options I have thought about:

Option 1: Showing this message for a few seconds then close the message window and user can keep using the TV as always

Option 2: Showing the window with an OK button. When the user clicks ok, he can continue to use TV as always.

Option 3: Showing the message and waiting for the user to click ESC to go back to TV window and close the message window.

Any other options are welcome.
