The horizontal scroll speed depends on the lenght of the line (and the font size).
Description:
The width of the description boxes is often very different.
The scroll speed regard to the widht of the box.
Speed up on wide and speed down on short one.
Eg. TV-Guide, TV, Recordings, Fullscreen

Sorry the text is german, but I underline the first sentence.
In TV-Guide the sentence match into one line, at Fullscreen it need three.
