Test setup with old tv engine:
1. tvcard A records channel 1
2. tvcard B records channel 2
3. If I try to switch channel 3, the result is no free tv card. It is OK.
4. If I switch channel 1 or 2, I can see the recorded show and I can stop it.

Test setup with new tv engine (tv server):
1. tvcard A records channel 1
2. tvcard B records channel 2
3. If I try to switch channel 3, the result is no free tv card. It is OK.
4. If I switch channel 1 or 2, the result is no free tv card. Why?

It is a bug or a feature?
