I don't need help with a problem, I just wonder how this works:
I use MP and TV-server to watch TV (DVB-T) and I have a Twinhan Vision card. Everything works fine. I was pretty sure that the decoding of the TV-signal was done by the TV-card and that my card only got one (1) decoder. But by accident I realised that I can watch one channel and record another, or watch one channel on the master-PC and another on a client-PC, at the same time. That means TV-server can produce multiple streams. Does that mean my card got two decoders or is the decoding done by MP/TV-server? Or have I totally misunderstood how this stuff works
