How did you find Media Portal? (1 Viewer)

Out of curiosity and to learn I was hoping that you guys could help out and answere how you find this site/software.

I am sure that many of us take the opportunity to talk about Media Portal and it would be nice to know how you found us

In my case it was someone that mentioned the project in a forum and listing several links to HTPC applications... and here I am

I found it through the XBMC forum, where it was announced.

I heard about a new project frodo was working on from #xbmc EFNET

starting to get really pissed by TVCentral <grin>, I started googling for "htpc open source", found a lot of no-no-software and finally found my new home here with you guys.....

So "mentioned in a forum" is the closest match!

I have found MP on the sourceforge's website , searching for "multimedia"
and I found this cooooooooooolllllll software there !
