How do I disable Recently Added on Home screen? (1 Viewer)

ok I'm sorry for posting this but...

With both Moving Pictures and TV Series they show recently added items to the main home screen when I do not want either of them to do that. I have seen the post above (#16) and ensured that with TV Series the option to indicate "recent" is not set, although that might not have anything to do with it..?

How can I stop both MP and TV series from displaying any recently added files..?

In the editor you need to disable them, check here

Thanks for the quick response. You would not believe how long I spent trying to resolve my problem and I had even looked at the meun and plugin options within the editor. What I did not do is then open the third "sub tab" to reveal the relevant boxes to untick.

There is a lot of options in the editor, nearly everthing in basichome is configable - hopfully the Wiki covers it but let me know if any omissions.
