how do i get the reflection under the image, as shown in the attached picture? i want to use this effect for a skin i'm working on.

This done using "FlipY".
Easiest way of finding out how to use it, is by looking at a skin that already uses it, as the wiki (IIRC) lacks information regarding this (amongst other things).

4.5 is really old. I'm not sure 4.5.5 even is a version that actually existed. You should be able to install .NET Framework 4.8.0 on Windows 7 SP1
