I am trying to add a new DVB-T channel (West TV) that is new and exclusive to my State and was wondering how to do this cause many are asking how to.

So far what I managed to work out is:
Channel: 44
Frequency: 557500
NetworkId:
TransportId:
ServiceId:
Bandwidth: 7
PmtPid:
Provider: CTV Perth

How do I find out the others (the blanks)?

TSreader will examine the channel stream and tell you all the necessary numbers (and more besides).
The lite version is free and enough.

I'd be interested to hear if it enters OK, I could not get TV server 1.0.2.0 to accept a manual channel, but that was more to override the PMT settings

Isn't it easier to let the Configuration tool scan for the channel instead of entering the details manually?

Since you already know the frequency you could do a "use advanced tuning options" scan for "single transponder".
