How to build TsWriter.ax? (1 Viewer)

I have tried to build TsWriter.ax. I'm using VS2005.
With DirectX SDK Summer 2004 I get compile errors.
And with the newest WinSDK (where the directshow samples now are) I get link errors.
So what are the right tools and steps to build TsWriter.ax?

Thank you very much! It's working now. There is so much (old) information floating in the forum, but that one I did overlook.
