Hi all,
While there is one old post on exactly the same topic, there are no replies to it, so I'm posting to see if anyone has a solution. I have a large number of .mpg files ripped from DVD (TV shows) - ripped using DVD Decrypter to a single .vob per episode and then renamed with a .mpg extension. These are, of course, MPEG2 files, with several audio tracks to choose from.
My problem is that I am unable to change audio stream - this works fine in VLC, but there are no audio streams to select from in MP (I'm familiar with how the audio stream selection works, and this is fine in DVDs, TV, and .iso files). I've read the FAQ section on using Haali's Media Splitter, but this only works on .avi, .mkv and .mp4 type files - no support for MPEG2 in a .mpg container.
I'm guessing that the issue is with the MPEG2 Demultiplexer in the filter graph only exposing one audio track to the downstream filter (ffdshow or NVIDIA PureVideo). Has anyone got multi-audio .mpg files working in MP?
Cheers,
Rob.
