How to change the time format (24h)? (1 Viewer)

I want to change the time format from PM/AM to 24 hours.
Is this possible?

When I installed MediaPortal, my regional settings were based on PM/AM format. Afterwards, I changed it to 24h. However MP didn't replicate the change.
