Hi, i've searched a lot, but found not much to this topic.
For cutting / compressing dvbs-ts-streams i use projectx, cuttermaran, autogk to cut and compress.
Is there any (windows-)software which is capable of dvbs-2 streams?
I tried the divx7 converter but it didn't wortk either.

DVB-S2 has nothing to do with h264. E.g. "ORF 1 hd" is DVB-S and h264. DVB-S2 is a new modulation (less bandwich) which also could be used for Mpeg2-SD but non-HD-receivers are unable to use it.

This is the only program I know:
    H264 cutter - download tag - Softpedia

But it only works with TS-Streams. Also it is recommended to "recalculate" the ts-stream with tsmuxer:
    tsMuxeR
Convert from .ts to .ts. and then cut with ther h264 cutter. But look for the audio delay after cutting or else you will be out of sync.

For compressing the video you should look at doom9.org. Depends what you want to have at the end. I think you will need avisynth...

Btw.: Divx7 is now also h264 so I dont see sense in recompressing it in the same format.
