As a beginer here i wonder if someone can help me to find out the TV card through the MP , i've spent lots of time with out any progress.

What do you mean by "find out the TV card (...)"? Does it appear in MP TV-server config?

Well , i mean that i don't know where can i configure my tv-card i saw through the MediaPortal configuration but still don't find out where can i see my TV card ( TeVii S660 ) .
