How to grab series / episode info and store in file name?? (1 Viewer)

Im having trouble when recroding TV programs in a series. The series and episode information is not stored in the file name despite setting this up in the config. what am i doing wrong please? I'm using the standard EPG grabber, do I need to use a more advanced one to get this info?
