I have a lot of blu ray and HD DVD's.

MNy blu ray play ok, as they are mkv files, and i have coravc installed.

However, my HD DVD's are ripped into an ISO form.

How do i play these?

When i mount with Daemon tools, they come up as a CD and when i click on them it says windows does not recognise them?

I dont beleive this is codec issue, as it isnt getting that far.

Copy protection maybe?

Thanks, in advance.

thanks.

I stumbled accross that before.

I thought it was stange when i searched for it adn nothing came up. I was using HD as the search and not HD-DVD.

Im not too sure whether to use the Arcsoft solution or the power DVD solution?

As far as I'm aware, PowerDVD doesn't work with images or Daemon Tools. I could be wrong on this point though, or simply out of date.

To use PowerDVD you will need to stick to an old version, or continually patch it when you update as HD-DVD support was dropped some time ago (pretty much imediately after Toshiba pulled the format). Arcsoft on the other hand continue to let you play them.
