how to make unselected video icons undarken (2 Viewers)

in my videos, in the thumbnail view, the unselected icons are darkened. is there any way for me to edit the files to make them all bright?

Its a pretty easy change, first open common.facade.video.xml and comment out the line:

<unfocusedAlpha>200</unfocusedAlpha>

This will be defined in the Thumbnail Panel.
