How to restart TV Services? (1 Viewer)

My USB TV tuner is playing up and down. I'm still experimenting. Sometimes it fixes after services have been restarted. I accidentally found that when I selected a TV card and click [Edit]. After [Cancel], when I left TV-server configuration it was saying starting TV services.
My question: How can I restart TV services without making dummy changes in the configuration.

Make a .bat file with something like this

echo "Restarting TV Server, please wait...
net stop tvservice
net start tvservice
echo "Done!"
