How to set currently playing title, description and thumb? (1 Viewer)

I stream a wmv file like this:
g_Player.PlayVideoStream(url, title);
and after that sets the guiproperties:
GUIPropertyManager.SetProperty("#Play.Current.Title", "thiz is title");
GUIPropertyManager.SetProperty("#Play.Current.Plot", "this iz summary");
GUIPropertyManager.SetProperty("#Play.Current.Thumb", PICTURE_DIR + "picture.jpg");
GUIPropertyManager.SetProperty("#Play.Current.Year", "thiz is year");

but they never show up when i press 'I' on the remote after the video has started playing. Anyone who can help..?

If anyone is interrested, I sorted it out by looking at the Moving Pictures sourcecode. One has to delay the setting of the properties to prevent them from being cleared.
