Hi all,

I've made a new installation of MP 0.2.0.4 last week.
I've configured WebEPG and the manual start by calling "WebEPG.exe" works fine.

But how can I configure MP to start WebEPG automatically every day?

I've read the wiki and some threads here in the forum. As far as I understand it should be configured under Television/Program Guide/Scheduler in the setup. But what grabber should I select? There is no grabber called "WebEPG" or something like that.

Thanks,
Steffen

Go to MP Configuration / Plugins and find the Process Plugins. The last one is WebEPG Grabber which you can use for this purpose. I am not sure since when this is. If it's not appearing with you then download latest SVN and install it.

.. or you can get XPs schedualar to run WebEPG - but you need an XP-account using password (strange, but....)

    Thank you for the answers.

Yes, I can found the plug-in. As far as I understand are the SVN versions daily builds from the current sources. I prefer to wait for a new release or patch.

    I don't like this... ;)

Hehe... me neither... but I belive you can create a new XP-account w/password protection and make it schedule WebEPG... you never have to use it after doing this.

Yes, this is a good idea. Additionally I use TweakUI to hide this account from the logon screen.

    Thanks Steffen

But I don't see the "WebEPG grabber plugin" in the setup.
Should I reinstall the WebEPG plugin?

Its in SVN - wait for 0.2.1.0 (shuld not be long?) if you don't wanna play around with SVNs.

WebEPG is a part of MediaPortal.
So all versions you find on any other place are totaly outdated.

The processplugin to schedule WebEPG updates will be part or the next version 0.2.1.0

You can also install and TEST latest nightlybuild. it is also in there
