How to use teletext (1 Viewer)

Can anyone explain how to use Teletext. The furthest I have ever gotten with it is to show a giant "MP" with "p100" on the top.

    If the channel you are watching transmits teletext, you should see the page 100 after a few seconds. If it does not transmit teletext, the big MP will stay forever (until you close teletext).

    Well, on my setup the MP screen will stay forever unless I manually change to another channel (simply move un up to 101) and then back to 100.
