It is probable a simplistic question because I can not find any info on it, but how do I insert a picture in a post?

Is the only option to publish this picture to an own webserver and link to this with the IMG /IMG (or can we upload somewhere on MP server) ?
Are there restrictions to the picture (extension, size ...) ?

The strange thing I managed one time to insert a picture, with file on own webserver, but now I can't get the exact same to work anymore :twisted:

The same struggle I have with linking to a file. So if there are also tips/restrictions for this please suggest.

You just have to but

behind the link adress without any blanks.
But your provider where your picture are hosted needs to support directlinking.

No restriction here.
