How will Plugins be used by the core? (1 Viewer)

Will a dependancy injection framework (MEF?) be used for that or will MP2 continue to "roll-its-own" plugin framework? I ask, because using a standard will reduce clutter, release efforts from the core devs and reduce the amount of errors (usually).
