Hi,
Have now finished my HTPC build. Below come some info about my system.
System Goals
System Componets
Software
Other
-Yamaha YPS-800 Digital Sound Projector
Plans
Currently, the HTPC is connected to a old 29" Philips CRT TV via S-Video (actually quite good picture). The plan is and when budget allow to aquire a 40" LCD TV, hopefully a Samsung LE40M61B. Then I will connect the HTPC using the DVI connector to the LCD.
So Far
Interested to get some commments on the system. What's good and what is less good. Misstakes?
Will try to post some pictures another day.

So Far
- -The only dissapointment is the case. It is quite difficult to fit everything well and to achieve good air flow! The dual tuner TV cards, steel a lot of space and block adjusant PCI slots!!
-EPG in Greece wasn't that easy, ended up with TVxb with some modications for the Greek digital channels. If anyone is interested, let me know and I will send you my modified tvxb.ini.
-Sometimes sound and picture is not in sync
