I have a dolby 5.1 decoder amp ($100 dollars from Cashies!) .. any ideas how to configure for this&gt;?2. Also the EPG is not populating.... any ideas what is going wrong there?3rd&nbsp; question unrelated.. do you know of any any third party software to reconfigure a microsoft remote control..
