HTTP connection timed out (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I recognized a strange phenomenon on my HTPC using MP 1.0.2: most of the time, all internet connections out of mediaportal do not work, they just run into a timeout (see attached logs). This happens with plugins like TVSeries, Shoutcast, OnlineVideos. Sometimes the connection works, I get the results quite fast. One minute later or after restarting MP, the connection is down again. Web radio stations configured in the TV server config always work (!) The HTPC connects via WLAN to my router, I tried the built-in PCI-Card and also a USB stick (same results).

Outside MP everything is fine, browsing web pages in IE, Windows updates etc. all work. Firewall is switched off, I even switched off Antivirus (Avira AntiVir Personal), but without any effect. Network settings are set to fixed IP (but DHCP won't work either). On my laptop using the same versions of MP and plugins and connected via WLAN to the same router, this problem never occurs.

Does anybody have similar problems? :confused:

PS: Also the config of TVSeries never worked when I tried to set the language.I always get an error message saying "Can't connect to thetvdb.com[...]: The connection has timed out".
