Bug description:
When HVR1300 Hybrid card is tuned on a dvb-t channel any switch to an analog one fails with an "unknow error" the same occours when switching from analog channel to a dvb-t one
the only way to switch is to stop tv viewing and choosing channels when the tv is off
this bugs occours since one of the latest SVN of mp rc1
