Hi

I have tried (almost) all drivers I can find and all releases of MP (and patches) along with a couple of SVN's .... but still I haven't got it working well.

Is choppy playback the best I can expect? Or has anyone found a lucky combination?

Btw, Thanks for a great software, kudos to all contributors!!

*Jumps on the bandwagon*

Hi all,

I'm going to jump on the bandwagon here with the same problem.

I've attached the output from the support tool below. I'll collate a log file if needs be?

I'm only running digital at the moment.

Thanks All
J

I got it running perfectly (digital and analog).

Just by standard-settings (MPV/MPA) on XP Home, fx5900xt.
and AMD XP 1800+ with MP 0.2.0.4.

So no help, just that it should work... :-(

Please use http://pastebin.team-mediaportal.com for your logs next time. I edited your post.

FYI: I have a HVR-1300 running here in combination with a Nova-T in the same machine. On the HVR I'm using the analog part only. All works without any problems, using the latest drivers from this page. Make sure you follow the instructions there religiously.

I got working both the analog and digital. I used the latest drivers (full cd 2.5d) from this page: http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/board/showthread.php?p=25253#post25253

I had some problems tuning tha analog, I had to set that I was using a cable to get MP detect all the channels and I had some channel overlapping.
You can find more detail on this thread.

In the drivers Full CD you finf an application (wintv 2000) you can use to watch both analog and digital. You can use this to test if you get the same problems.
