I run Vista 32 with a Hauppauge 1600 tuner. I originally installed MP 1.1 but the tv server setup wouldn't recognize my tuner so I uninstalled and reinstalled 1.0.2. The tv server setup recognized my tuner (channels available on analog only but that's a different post) so I continued on with this version. When i try to start MediaPortal.exe or mediaportal configuration I get a windows error saying "MediaPortal has stopped working", and windows closes it. I've attached a log per instructions from the wiki. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is there a setup walkthrough of some sort specific to the Hauppauge 1600? I searched last night and this morning but could not find one. Thank you very much.
UPDATE: I did a complete uninstall and reinstall and the executables seem to be running now. I would still like to know if anyone knows of a specific setup for Hauppauge 1600. Thanks.
