As you recommended, i installed WinDVR 3. It wasn't straight forward because it seem to have difficulties with detecting dual cores processors and some errors occured during installations. I guess it is because WinDVR 3 is not maintained any more.

Some additional and windvr related drivers fixed it thou. Now it is possible to see and but not hear TV through WINDVR 3 viewer. Apparently the sound channel "line in" is not detected by WinDVR3.:eek:


I turned WinDVR 3 off and started Mediaportals Tv-server.


Mediaportal TV-Server detected all the TV-channels by the detected boards analoge units even thought it was a slow process. Also the FM-radio channels was very slow (0.1MHz / 7 seconds or  ~27 minutes for the full band). Low, medium or high sensitivty didn't change the speed of the search. However with medium, all of them was properly detected.


Mediaportal itself can now present radio channels but not TV.:confused: TV list is not viewed and not the picture either. It is confusing...


Maybe there is a known thread about this issue ...
