I don't know if anyone would need a service like this but I am more than willing to set something up. I would be able to provide you with a FTP site to where you could upload your files. I would then be able to provide you with a domain name (digitaldeath.net) to link your files. I have around 80K of upload speed, which should be more then enough for small files. My whole goal with this is to make it easy for people who want to distribute small plug-ins and need a simple way of doing it.
